The Synchronized Skating team is UVM’s competitive synchronized skating team. We are an Open Collegiate team under the US Figure Skating Association and are student-run with Bonnie Glass and Samantha Shanks as our coaches. We currently have 19 undergraduate skaters on our team, practicing twice a week with at least one off-ice practice.

The team attends at least two competitions each year, one per semester. In the fall, we attend the Boston Synchronized Skating Classic in Boston, MA. In early spring, we attend the Eastern Synchronized Skating Sectional Championships and compete against other open-collegiate teams from the East Coast.

If you are looking to join, the earlier you get in contact with us the easier it is! We encourage all skaters to join regardless of level or synchro experience!
